Can't Access Gmail Mail

I can't access my Gmail mail with IMAP for some reason.  I have IMAP enabled in my Gmail settings.

In Account Properties > Transport... I have:

SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com
Connection: Secure to dedicated port (TLS)
port: 587
(no authentication settings set in the Authentication button)

Mail Server: imap.gmail.com
User: my username without the @gmail.com
Password: entered correctly
Connection: Secure to dedicated port (TLS)
Port: 993
Authentication button settings: Regular
Server Timeout: 60 sec
Delivery type: Immediate
Combined delivery (send+receive): unchecked

Just checking in to see if anyone has any ideas?  Thanks!

No idea.
I've switched my gmail account to imap recently and I've got the same settings as you, except that I've got 'secure to regular port' (same port though) for smtp, but that shouldn't disable the access part.
What version for TB are you using?
Did it stop working or has it never worked at all?

You might enable protocol logging for imap:
account -> transport -> protocol logging -> retrieval protocol -> enable logging
And see whether that log has anything meaningfull to say.
In case you decide to post (part of) the log, keep in mind that it shows your username and password in plain text and it's not smart to post those on a public forum.

My gmail account has the same IMAP configuration as yours. Please paste here the error message you're receiving in the Account Log.

Have you tried using Tor or any other SOCKS proxy? Maybe your provider is blocking the outgoing connections in these ports.
