I use the Bat Voyager 4.2.36.4 and have an IMAP account setup! For some unknown reasons, unread messages shown in Voyager are wrong always and they are correct when I click in one of folders. That is, even after checking mails, if I have 2 unread messages in server, Voyager displays yesterday unread message counts ( for example 4 messages )!
I have contacted Ritlab support and they told me they are rewriting IMAP-components and can't help anything now.
So, here is my question:
Should I pay upgrade price and wait for version 5.1 till July 2011? Isn't it my right to have a working Voyager ( for IMAP ) v.4 while I have already purchased the key for version 4.XXX ? Should I wait and pay extra for a known feature every email client should handle well?
