sending already sent mail with new message, wondering how

But if you need to resend 30.000 messages ther has gone something so ultimately structurally wrong that you'd better start reconsidering your optrions. That's why The Bat could not send them and kept them in its outbox. (Have a look in the logfile, you should find the error-message there.) If you really need to send that many mails on a regular basis, you have to contact your provider so they set the necessary exceptions on their servers.
