When I create a new folder for an account - under "General" the columns settings are (by default): "Use folder specific settings".
I want to have the same setting in every folder in each account by default.
Is it possible to have this without specifying the column setting for each folder? Mysterious that it doesn't inherit it from the parent (parent folder, account, general).

PS: I know I can always copy the setting to all folders but I would have to do this when I create a new folder.
