deleting email address after 2nd reply

I'm not sure how you check whether you've sent them a first and a second message, but this is what I should do:
Create two address book groups: 'first reply' and 'second reply'

No you create a series of filters

Create an incoming filter: first reply
If condition is met and address groups 'first reply' and 'second reply' don't contain sender, send first reply

Create an outgoing filter: first reply
Add recipient to address group first reply

Create an incoming filter: second reply
If address group 'first reply' contains sender, send second reply

Create an outgoing filter: no more mail
If address group 'first reply' contains recipient, add recipient to address group 'second reply' and Delete recipient from address group 'first reply'.

Thus you won't send the second reply twice and because you still store the processed address in your AB, you won't start the process again. I hope this helps.
