Filter under account name

Filter under account name, Filter doesn't work under account name

I asked all my friends to send me some message, but it goes to top of Inbox :(

(Go to the sorting office, select the filter, press Ctrl-C, start a reply on this thread and press Ctl-V) And just to be sure.
