The bat doesnt show all program panes and menu on top

I have just restarted my PC and then the bat couldn't load all panes and the menu bar on top.

Very strange look now.
See picture here

the bat problem

the strange thing is that under new user account in windows it works fine.

I have reinstalled it, keeping the data files. Still the same.

What is wrong with it?

Find your mail directory and delete the tbuser.def file

yes exactly like this.
I dont understand.

After I deleted tbuser.def file is the bat supposed to recreate it next time when it is started?
I have shut down thebat, deleted the file, restarted the bat - it is still the same layout and the file ISNT recreated.
What is supposed to happen?

The tbuser.def file is the file that tells TB what changes you made in the interface, like active tool- and menubars and changed shortcuts.
Deleting (or renaming) the tbuser.def file should cause the menu bar and standard toolbar to appear again. Changing the appearances of TB should cause the file to show up again.

I did it again and this time it worked. Back to normal now. Thanks a lot.
