Emails are not going through they say it is sent

Emails are not going through they say it is sent, I installed xmp and a quicktemplate

I am not sure what to do please help Thanks

That can be your ISP's smtp server or a proxy you installed like a virus scanner. If none of those messages arrive then it's likely that the first smtp server blocks all of them, either because it thinks they contain a virus or because it thinks they're spam.
