Slow email download

Slow email download, The Bat is collecting emails VERY slowly

Alex Barrett Beginner Posts: 2 Points: 1 Rating: 0 Authority: 0 Joined: 04 April 2013	#1 0 20 April 2013 13:40:40 I'm using v5.3.8, but it is very slow in downloading incoming email, I'm currently downloading a 7Mb message and it achieved 290Kb in over an hour. Various other email clients worked on this system without problems. I've no Bat add-ons installed. Suggestions?

Any suggestions specifically which Kaspersky feature would slow down Bat email collection?
