I use Forte Agent for email.  I've found that I can't consider backing it up using something like an automated backup program, whether to local or offsite, because if I am using the program while it is backing up, then there is definitely a risk of corrupting things.

Is this true for The Bat! also?  Is it subject to corruption when it is being backed up, depending on whether it is open during the backup procedure?
