When starting a new message, the default template adds "Hi %TOFName" as the first line of the message. This is fine in most cases, but sometimes a different greeting is desired. Some email clients have an address book field to specify the desired greeting, but I can't find anything in TB that will accomplish this.
A few examples may help. If I write an email to my friend Bob Smith, I get "Hi Bob" which is fine. If I'm writing to my doctor, I'd like the name to be "Fred Jones MD" but I don't want the greeting to be "Hi Fred", I want "Hi Dr Jones". Or if I'm writing to my grandmother Mary Thompson, I want her full name used in the "To:" field but the greeting should be "Hi Grandma".
Is there any way to do this, or am I stuck with modifying the greeting every time the default one is inappropriate?
Thanks,
