Trying to restore on new install of win10

On the new machine i tried TheBat 7, then restore. I get either "error reading .... " or on 2 days ago I get .. "cannot create the directory c:\program files\The Bat!\MAIL\Dsig\attach\files" I have tried both 32 (which I used to run) and 64bit versions .. How do i get this to work please.

Usually it defaults to an APPDATA folder where you can read and write at will.I would put it in the default location or some other place where you can get at it.You CAN do it that way but you will be plagued with write errors off and on
