Gmail error TLs on connect

I'm having a similar problem with Gmail and after a bunch of temporary fixes involving uninstalling and reinstalling The Bat! I finally figured out the issue:

It appears that there is a problem with the paid 64-bit version of the Antispamsniper. According to this post, the free version works, but not the paid version (if you read down further you'll realize that even though the original post indicated an older version, I'm experiencing the same problem with the current version):

I've not yet tried the free version, but when I first reinstalled The Bat! Gmail worked fine. Adding the 64-bit Antispamsniper and it no longer worked. Deleting the plugin then allowed it to work again.

I've removed the Antispamsniper and Gmail is working again.
