Customize the toobars, adding items

It's there on the reply screen but not on a new message. Thank you. I am using version 7.1.18 on Windows 7. Edited: Ann C - 04 May 2016 19:04:52 (upgrade the version)

The contents will be listed on the far right and you can chose what you want on there from the center column The center column is NOT self explanatory nor easy to use but you WILL find the address book
