I am trying to get my husband's PC set up with The Bat.  He has three email accounts. Two of the accounts work perfectly, but he can send but not receive any messages from his Gmail account.  We have checked the settings on his account and they are exactly the same as mine and I can get all my Gmail messages.  

Any suggestions as to what we can try?  I really want him to switch from Outlook to The Bat.
