The Bat v3.5 Final fails to install...

Hi all,

I tried to install v3.5 on top of v3.5 RC9, but the installation failed.
Then I uninstalled RC9 by deleting all files in The Bat! directory, because the uninstall file apparently got lost when I tried to do the "on top" installation...
I deleted all The Bat references in the registry as well.

Then I tried to do a clean v3.5 Final install, but it fails every time.

I get these messages while running the "thebat_prossional.msi" it stops...:

and

[IMG]http://home.tiscali.no/blizzard/Graphics/thebat_2.jpg[/IMG]

I don't know how to solve this. Can somebody out there help me to solve this, please...?

Here is some advice given recently on TBUDL (it helped AJ):

I had the same problem. Run regedit. Then navigate to HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Installer\Products In here you will find some GUIDs. Inspect each one, looking at the ProductName. Delete the key that corresponds to The Bat! and try installing again.

I don't know whether or not that may help you.
