PGP signing, The Bat crashes on trying to send signed emails in v 8.8.9

Like randseed.bin, it is 1024 bytes in size and seems to have entirely random binary contents. I volunteer as a moderator to help keep the forum tidy. I do not work for Ritlabs SRL.
