How can I create a button to move selected messages to a directory named "Archive"? Doesn't have to be fancy — just need it to work.

There is no such button. I do CTRL+V (move message) and select archive folder. TheBat remember last folder for the move and if you next move command will be again move to archive folder then you have to press CTRL+V and Enter.
