I can't send email: You cannot leave FROM: field blank, Version 9.3.1

Now I can't sent email (same error for reply and new messages). I have this error message with the 9.3.1 but not with the older 9.1.18 You cannot leave FROM: field blank I have only made the upgrade with the setup
