After uninstall, new install will only accept old password., Tried Windows Programs and Revo Uninstaller With No Success

Anyone had this happen? I want to change my password when I upgrade from 9.3.4 to 9.4.5. After using Windows Programs or Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the Bat, something remains that prevents me from entering a new password when installing. When the installation gets to the point of entering the master password, it comes back with "Invalid Password". It will install if I use the old password. I've deleted the "RIT" registry key as instructed in the help section. But nothing has worked for me. I'm on Windows Ten Pro Version 20H2 Build 19042.1288.

Is deleting the "Message Base" is the same as deleting the account files during uninstall? That's what worked to allow a new password.
