Problems with Zoho Mail's The Bat configuration, Zoho Mail

Problems with Zoho Mail's The Bat configuration

I can send emails from The Bat but POP reception gives error.
I followed the Zoho Mail configuration guidelines
Incoming server name: pop.zoho.eu
Port: 995
SSL Required: Yes (I selected STARTTLS)

Any tips to solve this problem? Thanks.

Have you enabled POP in Zoho Mail? (log in to ZoHo Mail and see Settings | Mail Accounts)

What specific error do you get?

Does the log file show additional information? Have you turned on Protocol Logging (pop3/smtp) so you get more information?

Have you tried both TLS and STARTTLS?

Is ZoHo your internet provider? If not, you may require an Application Specific Password for The Bat (if I understand their help pages correctly). The same may also be true if you have enabled 2-factor authentication.
