Update fails

Each time I get the update notification and try to update, I get the error shown in this screenshot.  I've tried three times over the past few days.
There is no other information about what sort of error caused it to fail.

(Also, is there a way to add screenshots to the post without having to link to them?)

Try to install full distributive instead internal update feature.

Manual update went ok for me, but the version number hasn't changed. Either a bug or they forget to make that change. When I manually check for an update, it says I'm up to date with this old version number.

Ask support about it - https://www.ritlabs.com/en/support/

Or maybe right-click on the executable and check the version numbers) in the properties, to ascertain that it is a higher version than indicated in the program itself.

I had the same problem. It installs in C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\The Bat!\Main were also the old version is loacated that will be opened because the shortcut is incorrect after update. Also the icon disappears in the systembar after each update, you have to mannualy add it again.

Ugh! I hope someone has reported these issues to Ritlabs!
