The bat! v10 has a menu "specials->mailing list" but I can't find any option or information about it.

"Get help", "Unsubscribe", "Subscribe" will active on some mail folder.  "Post message", "view archive", "Contact list owner" are always gray

As a reference:
Becky! has a "Mailing list manager" by which you can configure standard and customized commands for a mailing list
then you can set  mailing list to a mail folder In which the pop up menu will show those command

I've never used this functionality, but it looks like TB! is using information available in the message header to figure out what and how to do. Fields like List-Id: List-Unsubscribe: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: (see message source of a message where some options are not greyed out).

There doesn't seem to be much more to it.

In v10 you are need to check all recipients in address book that you want to do mailing list and after that menu items will be available

Press CTRL before mark contact as checked and then you will see checkmarks and can add other contacts to your future mailing list.

maybe we are talking about different things?

You can enable old view of address book in the settings  that have it these menu items more logic.

I find it in option->other options
