I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but hopefully someone can provide an answer or a hint.
Recently, I noticed on one of my Gmail accounts that messages were missing, and I eventually found them in Trash. I checked for articles about this, and almost all of them say to disable or clear filters on the account. There are no filters, however, or forwarding or any of the usual causes. And just now, while I was viewing the account in The Bat, I saw dozens of messages disappear from my Inbox, then appear in Trash.
Can anyone help? It doesn't seem like it's a problem in Gmail, because this account is set up exactly the same as another one (which has no problems). Is there anything in The Bat that might cause messages to automatically move to another folder? I have one filter set, to play a sound when there's a new unread message in the Inbox, but it doesn't do anything else.
Thanks in advance for any help!
