can recieve e-mail, but can´t send

as topic says, i can recieve e-mail from my web mail, but i can´t seem to send any...

maybe it´s not possible, but anyways here is the error message i get:

Message has not been sent. Server responds - <my-email @ spray.se>:Sender adress rejected: not logged in

the webmail i have is http://mail.spray.se (a swedish mail service)

Looks like a simple enough requirement for you to use POP before SMTP authentication. Unless it really does expect you to be logged onto the webmail site before letting you send ... which is another possibility, in which case it wouldn't be possible.

Talk to the service provider.

found the problem!

it seems i have to be a premium member of the mail service.
