v9.5.1 - Cannot change editor
 
Default is set to Plain text. Does not work. I try to switch to Plain text (Ctrl+1), does not work. Anyone here from developers? Anyone can confirm????

I cannot see the image you sent.

In my Preferences, Viewer/Editor, Default text format of the Message Editor is set to Plain. Also, for every account, all template format is set to use Plain editor...

I have that set, too.

What strange is that in the editor, there is no check mark beside the Plain text if I go Options, Message format after Ctrl + N for example. Do you have a checkmark there?

Stupid forum software cannot even insert a photo here. Is the year 2005 or 2022????

I was a distributor for Ritlabs for many years, I never thought they go this low in customer support :(
