Unable to send attachments, Attachments do not send

Hi

if i create a new email with attachments or try forward an email with attachments it wont send.
i keep getting an error message: "server reports error. the response is:   "
its basically just a blank error.
any ideas to fix this?

Are those attachments of a type that might carry malware?
Does this also happen when you send a message in HTMl format without further attachments? Or a simple text message with a small .GIF file attached?

Maybe you can get more information by turning transport logging on.  See: Account Properties | Transport | Protocol Logging | Sending Protocol.

Then try again to send a message that has attachments, and check the log file afterwards.

I opened a Support Ticket with RitLabs.  It appears the Connection Timeout/Server Timeout value affects outbound in-flight activity.  Please try increasing your Connection Timeout/Server Timeout value.

it was just normal pdf files.
yes, gif files send. thank you for your help.

Ron, I tried your suggestion and my attachments are now sending.
