A Thank You to The Bat! Team!, Off-Topic

There's no real place to put this, so I've chosen to put it here.
I've been using The Bat! since version 1.x and it has become a central part of my LIFE.

I have every message I've ever sent or received since 1996-7 and it's made my world so much easier to manage.

It's hard to believe that so many years have gone by and so many new features have been added, because
using the program today is 99% the same as it was on the day I first discovered it - Only Better!

I would hope that potential new users will see this message and buy a license, it's been worth every penny!

Thank You The Bat! Team, you're the best!

Keith

Same here. Use it TB from v1 with some delays to using Opera Mail, and from v5 to v10 fully everyday. Best email soft!

But I still miss fast search from Opera Mail here. (seconds to find attached file through all 200'000 emails, there is no such a feature inside TB, needs to wait minutes for such a search, for example).

Echoing the above kudos.  This software has become an essential part of my workflow, albeit for a much shorter time than for the above posters.

I'm no fan of webmail, and saving messages locally is imperative from an administrative standpoint.

Thanks to the coding team.

Happy New Year.

Finally a topic which strictly adheres to the forum rules - "In this forum, the users of The Bat! can communicate with each other to spread their positive attitude toward The Bat!"  :)

My 2c: I've been using TB! for all my e-mail correspondence since the late 90s. Tried Outlook (Express), didn't like it, switched to Netscape's client for a while, then to TB! and never looked back. It is the program I spend the most time with every day.

I only recently entered this forum when I realized just how TB! is important to me, and that I can contribute by helping others solve their problems and help TB! improve and grow. RitLabs is not a large corporation which has its benefits (e.g., they clearly listen to their users) and drawbacks (e.g., they need to survive). Being part of this forum has been a great experience, as I learn something new myself all the time, which improved the way I use TB even after all these years.

Anyway, I wish all the best in the New Year to the TB! team and all the folks here.
