How to make print template to print all TO addresses

How to make print template to print all TO addresses, Can only print first TO emailaddress

How do you get a line where all emailaddresses are printed if there are 2 or more in TO line ?

Further, you should use %OTOLIST macro, because probably you want to print received (or stored) message.
