The Bat and busy pointer on Win 11, Spawns subprocess every few seconds

The Bat 10.3.3.3 spawns the subprocess "TheBat.exe" under the context of the mainprocess "The Bat! E-Mail Client by Ritlabs  SRL" every few seconds.
Windows 11 changes the mouse pointer to the animated busy pointer because of it, which is extremely irritating and annoying!

Same behaviour. I made a screenshot when the subprocess spawns.

Did this problem pop up as soon as you had installed The Bat 10.3.3.3?

If not, what has changed in your configuration that may have caused the problem? Did you change a setting, create a filter, ..?
Have you used Folder | Maintenance Center to check the integrity of your message base?

I bought a new laptop and installed windows 11 on it alongside with The Bat, I restored a Bat backup from my old laptop.
The behavior started from the very beginning of using The Bat on the new laptop, at least after restoring the backup as I restored the backup immediately at the first start.
I used the Mainenance Center and everything seems to be fine.
Is there a commandline option to get a verbose log file maybe?

No, there's no command line option for verbose logs (there are verbose log options for communication with mail servers, but I doubt if those would help here).

Is there any chance that the sub-process launched is the Connection Center? (but its frequency seems excessive). Or, something related to RSS feeds, the Scheduler?

Maybe you can fix it by creating a new backup, but only of your mail, address books, etc and not settings. Then thoroughly uninstall The Bat (including registry entries stored under keys named RIT), reinstall it and restore the backup -- hopefully that will remove the conflicting setting that is likely to be causing this.

To be honest I doubt it's a setting. I hide the connection center and I don't use RSS feeds. Besides some birthday reminders once a year the scheduler is empty. What however worked after I found it: Run CEF Browser in a single process.
But as the comment in the brackets describes it's a workaround with strong caveats. I also saw this behaviour only with Windows 11, I have also a Windows 10 system left and will check the behavior there later.

EDIT: Checked it and The Bat under Windows 10 doesn't show this behavior.

Ah yes, I should have thought of that. This CEF component has been causing more obscure problems.
