Main menu bar looks messed up in the new 10.5

I presume this is happening in v10.5? Perhaps some registry settings are conflicting after updating from a previous version. You can check that by running TB using the /reg:sometemplatename command-line option (you can add it at the end of the Target field in the shortcut). This will run TB with a fresh set of registry settings, and if there are no problems there, perhaps an uninstall and reinstall will help. Or keep running TB with the /reg option in which case you will need to set up a lot of stuff again.
