I'm feeling the effects of arthritis in my hands and sometimes the Next/Previous Message keys (CTRL+RIGHT and CTRL+LEFT) are a bit awkward to use. Either you press LEFT/RIGHT with your right hand, and CTRL with your left hand  - where I'm feeling the arthritis most - or try pressing left/right and the right CTRL with your right hand, which is awkward . It would be good if these could be definable hotkeys, then I could redefine them to a sing key stroke, like, say, a number on numeric keypad.  Also, apart from arthritis, this would allow people with different types of keyboards to set this up as they like. Using one key is easier.  

Can this be done?
