where is mass mailing?, No mass mailing in the Toolbar anymore?

I have TheBat 10.5.2.1 and after several years with TheBat, I tried to send a mass mailing to a group of people in an address book. The problem is that there is no more the option "mass mailing" when I go to Message in the Toolbar. When I go to the Help Menu I see that this file has not been updated for a long time, as it shows the old style of the address books. I have created a new Quick Template for my message, but I don't find where to create a Mass Mailing. I remember that long time ago it was possible and it appeared inside the New message menu.....Any help?...

Try this: Options -> Preferences... -> Other options -> Use old Address Book interface

Great, thanks for the feedback. Nobody knows why, all we know is that some functionalities from the old AB interface are still missing in the new one. EDIT: Or are unnecessarily complicated, as Zygmunt described so well below.

In addition to the ability to enable the old version of the address book in The Bat! 10.x, it is worth knowing about some hard-to-reach functions of the book in the new version. We are talking about mass mailing from the new version of the address book. Here are the steps of the mass mailing procedure:

1. First, prepare a quick template for correspondence and check the "Use for new letters / mass mailing" option in it.

2. Open the address book

3. You can sel ect individual recipients by pointing them by the mouse and holding down the Ctrl key.

3. After selecting a group of recipients (or an address book), you can select all recipients fr om this group (or book) using the Ctrl+A combination

4. After selecting recipients, further operations (including mass mailing) are available in the menu opened by clicking the green "Actions" button.
