Please call Freelmap....

I got this message:

"Please call Freelmap Threads prior to calling TlmapQueueThreat.Destroy."

I got this warning message while an IMAP account froze and did nothing till I closed the Bat and reopened it.

Can somebody explain what to do?

I made a screenshot but I cannot post it here (strange while you can insert a video).

Looks like a Delphi runtime error message, a job for the devs. Best to report using the support link above.

I got this answer from support:

"It looks like there was a problem with the tasks and commands being  executed by The Bat! and the mail server which led to that issue. We  believe, you do not have to do anything in this regard. All your data  remained intact."

Thanks for the feedback, I thought as much. There was probably some miscommunication with the mail server (caused by, say, a quick drop of the Internet connection at "just the right moment"), and the error state wasn't handled well by TB, causing it to destroy threads improperly (the message was directed at the developer, not the user). There is great chance you'll never see this message again, I know I haven't in years of using IMAP with different mail servers.
