The layout of my messages has suddenly changed.

I don't know what happened, but for the past two days, the layout of all my messages has completely changed. It looks like a magnifying glass has suddenly appeared, so large are the letters and images.
I don't know what's causing this, and I don't see any options to change it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It looks like I've found the solution myself. I opened a message in full screen mode, right-clicked it and there was the option  to zoom in and out. I zoomed out, and suddenly all the messages seemed to be displayed normally again.

It can also be done with Ctrl+ScrollWheel, maybe you triggered that accidentally.

Thanks for the additional information, that must be it, because I don't know what else I might have accidentally done to change the layout.
