We are interested in purchasing this program for multiple employees in our company. Unfortunately, we are experiencing a serious issue — the program does not work. We receive an error message: ADDRBOOK.INI.
The problem occurs during the first launch, before any configuration has been done.
"Cannot open the file ‘D:\Programs\The Bat!\Accounts 2\ADDRBOOK.INI’.
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."
This problem has already been described on the forum, but neither of the two suggested solutions works for us.
We kindly ask the developer for assistance. Otherwise, we will be forced to look for an alternative solution. This program is said to be the best on the market, but at the moment, for us, it is the worst — it won’t even start. It’s truly frustrating.
