Bulk Mail v 12.0, Ritlabs Support Suggestion, I need specific direction to follow their suggestion

Hello. I am using Windows 11 and TB v 12.0 64-bit

Since moving to v 12.0, my bulk mail sends present problems. Ritlabs Help member Alex P wrote the below to me to start solution, but I do not understand what to do next.

Perhaps those here could assist me?

Let's start by creating a new shortcut to launch The Bat! The easiest way to do this is to open the folder C:\Program Files\The Bat!\ and create a shortcut using the context menu of the .EXE file.*1

Once the shortcut has been created, open its properties and add the /SMTP_DELAY_AFTER_SEND:2000 parameter, as shown in the previously attached screenshot. Close The Bat! and start it using the modified shortcut. Then check whether this resolves the issue with mass mailing.*2

1. Right-click on the .exe file (TheBat64.exe most probably)
2. Send to > Desktop (create shortcut)

Alternatively, you can just edit the shortcut on your desktop that you use to launch The Bat.

Right-click on it, choose Properties and edit the Target line so it gets " /SMTP_DELAY_AFTER_SEND:2000" at the end (without the quotes but with the leading space). Save the changes and see if it does the trick when you next launch The Bat.
