Lost my Ticker

I don't know why but it stopped working recently on its own. I went into the setting and saw the Ticker was turned Off.. After I turned it On again is still is not working! I go into: Options/Preferences/Display MailTicker Any ideas why it's not working now? And how to fix it?

OK thanks, I didn't know about that.
I got it working now at least for one folder.
