Trouble Restoring from The Bat! 3.60

When I restore a backup file and then try to exit the program for the first time, I get the following error message that say

System Error.  Code: 1400.

Invalid window handle.
                                 OK

Then, I get a Debug message.  When I restart, my toolbars are duplicated whether I customize them or not.  This is a great probram but any help would be appreciated.

Is it always the same backup you're restoring?
Do you the same error after restarting TB?

As a remedy against the double task bars you could delete the tbuser.def file in your mail directory, while TB is closed down.

Yes, every backup that I try to restore from has the same problem but all mail seems to be intact.  I will try your suggestion about deleting the file but I hope this will be fixed in some way along with the other problem I mentioned.  Again, the program features so far have been among the best that I have ever used.
