I've been using TB v3.0.1.33 but I decided to install v3.62.14 Home Edition to try out the new features. There were several things that were not to my liking so I decided to go back to my old version and that's when my troubles began. To sum it up, I am now no longer able to access any of the thousands of e-mails on my HD. I tried a couple of the methods posted on this forum to restore the data, but so far all have been unsuccessful. I also attempted to import the message bases from my numerous mail accounts, but I think v3.62.14 trashed everything because TB always says '0 message(s) converted' and the MESSAGES.TBB files are now only a few kilobytes in size. I've reverted to older versions of TB gracefully in the past, but I guess I tried it one time too many. Can anybody please help me out here? It appears that my many years worth of e-mails are irretrievable.
