Is it posssible to change what it says in the text sent on the read confirmation receipt?
There appears to be an error in what is sent.

"If your message requires an answer, The will answer when time permits."

Version 3.65.3 pro

On looking at an older reply from the Christmas Edition 3.64.12?, it reads
"If your message requires an answer, Doug will answer when time permits."
I copied the newer version over the older one.

The default template for this message is stored in the Account Properties .. Templates .. Reading confirmation.

The default version uses the %FromFName macro to pluck your first name from the message. Have you changed your name to "The Mighty Doug" or something?  ;)

You can modify the template to always say "Doug" regardless.

Looking at the email it was addressed to multiple addys, with the first one being "The Holdings".

I was really asking about the "From" address in the generated confirmation message. That's the one used in the %FromFname macro.

I guess he was using something fancy in his template, like %OToFName

I was using the default template. I don't know how it got scrambled. I changed the text in the template to read "Doug".
