Change icons with v3.65 ?, "glyph.bmp" icon set doesn't work...

Hi

I really dont like the new icons used in TheBat v3.6 and only the theme seem to be customizable in the menus.

The "glyph.bmp" icon set placed in the Bat's Root directory doesnt seem to work anymore :-(

So, any other way to change icons ?

Unfortunatly, this sounds pretty difficult !

Did someone already succeed in implemanting the replacement of the current set of icons with the v2.x one ?

I came here to ask the same question when I found this thread.

Just upgraded from 3.01 to 3.71.

I use theBat since version 1.6 or so and I'm really used with the old icons, the same as in the Batman's picture.

The procedure in the article looks like a one day job, quite too complicated and time consuming :(
I don't see myself doing this, unless I feel bored for a third consecutive week :)

Isn't there a simple way to do this?

Concerning the very old glyph (1.6) which is not available on BAT-MAIL.DE.VU, i'll try to go for a convertion, at least for the main icons (see below)

Anyone interested in a *light* version of the old glyph ?
(Only main icons were converted)

That's cool, I'm interested. Will make the transition easier. Probably I can add some more icons once I see how it should be done.

I cannot upload the file right now because of my firewall. :-(

I'll make it available in a few hours and I'll continue the convertion in the next few days.

Ok, here is the ZIP file.
 
Unpack it and copy the content into the same folder as the 'thebat.exe' - Stop TheBat! then restart it to load the v1.6 icons.

As I previously said, I'll continue the convertion in the next few days then, I'll propose the final result to bat-mail.de.vu as a new glyph for download.

NB: Let me know if something is wrong with my files :-)
