When I open a new message, or reply to a message, and immediately press the "View History" button to select an addressee from the list of recently used addressees, the slider (assuming the list is long enough to need a slider) is disabled. The up and down arrows work OK. If I position my cursor in the body of the message and try the same thing, the slider works OK.
