Can you help ?

Not sure but it seems to appear there is a certificate problem.

Here's how I have my IMAP set up and it retrieves mail with no issue:

Right click on account and select properties.
Click on the transport tab (on left)
Under receive mail, connection, I have "secure to dedicated port (TLS)" selected. Port number is 993.Click on the authentication button and "regular" is selected. Of course, make sure the mail server, user name and password are all correct.

In case you still have this problem:

You have a self signed certificate. You need to create a new one, making sure that the CN=<server name> line in your SSL certificate is the same name as the domain name you enter into the Bat's mail server settings.
