Using latest and also tried previous version of the Bat! professional, I cannot get restore to work when I want to restore all, several accounts.  It gives me an error saying it cannot react the .tbx file.  This happens whether I backup up to USB drive or HDD.  Have tried repair install also.  Please help me.  Also, when I did upgrade to latest version, I lost all custom toolbars and menus.  How can this be restored back if I cannot even restore my backup?  Thank you.
