IMAP folder hierarchy problem, folders displaying at sublevel when they should be at root

I'm using a IMAP connection and the folders that I normally have at the same level as INBOX (in Thunderbird) are displaying at a sublevel in BAT.  There should be a way to fix this?  by changing the mailbox reference or root for IMAP?

No problem here. Thunderbird and The Bat both show proper folder structure on my IMAP accounts. If I right click on my IMAP account, select properties, mail management, under IMAP options, the root folder field is blank.
