Interface with MS Access, v3.80 not working correctly

I have a MS Access program which creates e-mails using docmd.sendobject, the "To" field is not added to the e-mail. I haven't tested CC and BCC but the Subject and Message fields are populated correctly. This only occurs in v3.80 - 3.60 worked correctly.

I have reported it as a bug to Ritlabs but not had any response.
