I have several email accounts over several domains. I want to avoid having to go into each account and read, delete, report spam, delete junkmail, clear trash etc.
I tried using a virtual folder for my Inbox, sent and trash. This works ok but not real well as messages sometimes don't delete from the virtual trash etc - they are still in the ACCOUNT'S trash

I was considering an Inbox folder (not virtual) and using the filters to move all mail there (a good portion is already filtered out to other folders) which should leave the account folders empty

How are you folks handling it?
