Somehow you lost your registry settings for TB. I don't know how you managed that, maybe an overactive anti-spyware utility.

Anyhow.
Just give in to re-install, tell it to create new accounts, select as mail directory the same directory as before (the one with directies for every account)
Pick as account names the names of your previous accounts and those settings/folders/etc will be used.
