Beta?

However how or where does one provide feedback? I don't see any way to do that - no beta forum so that testers can compare and help verify a bug. Thanks Rick

I don't understand the numbering system they are using. For example, on the beta download page, they are listing version 3.81.18 available Sept 01, 2006. But, the "official" release version is currently 3.85.03 released on Sept 04, 2006. So, where is the latest beta available and what is it's version number?
